JANEL CANEPA, MANAGING PARTNER AND CEO

With more than 20 years of H.R. leadership and Talent Acquisition experience, Janel’s has earned distinguished success as Sr. HR Director, Director of Global Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Staffing Manager and Recruiter.

   Janel began at the grassroots level of some of the Tech industry’s fastest growing companies building programs, systems and high-performing teams from scratch:

   As Ariba’s first head of Talent Acquisition she developed and implemented key programs and strategies, growing Ariba from 450 to 2,200 employees over a 14-month period.

   While at Ariba, she built in-house web-enabled staffing tools to streamline and accelerate the staffing process, addressing employee referral, immigration status, contact database and contingent workforce; she then directed a worldwide implementation of online talent-relationship management systems.

    At Cisco Systems, Janel led large-scale employment and staffing strategies for several of Cisco’s business units during the company’s unparalleled growth:

       Initially supporting a client organization of 30, upon her departure Janel was responsible for a client group of over 7,000.

       Janel played a key role in leadership, delivery, programs, training and strategy and built and created leading-edge programs and tools in support of her client base of unique business functions.
